Roles & Responsibilities:

• • Take the lead in designing the Reactor Island Demineralized Water project to ensure that it complies with the Final Concept Design.• Work together with the Balance of Plant team and other important stakeholders to establish and assign requirements, as well as to move the design through the customer gated review process and reach Final Concept Design maturity on time. Show the Chief Design Engineer/Design Manager the design progression.• Complete any necessary preliminary sizing calculations and make any important decisions in the process of creating the design documentation pack for Final Concept Design, which includes the System Description, P&ID, FBoM, and Requirements package.

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

• • Knowledge of the fundamentals of process engineering.• Knowledge of evolving concept design and design ambiguities.• Knowledge of fluid flow, pressure drop, and component sizing computations.• A bachelor's degree in engineering or physics at the very least.
