Roles & Responsibilities:

• • Approach the creation and delivery of work packages in a proactive and organised manner. This could involve going over documentation, gathering data to back up a technical decision, analysing test results, collaborating closely with suppliers to fix issues, etc., depending on the kind of test or task.• Gather information to document the important components of the work packages. To make sure deliverables adhere to pertinent best practices and are safe by design, they will make use of pertinent internal and external guidance materials and standards.• At governance reviews, show stakeholders how mature the task or test is.• Assist a multidisciplinary team in a proactive and cooperative manner to guarantee timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery. Regular communication with our external supply chain will be part of this.• Ensure that important information is conveyed to and recorded by customers.• Control and escalate programme and technical risks as necessary.

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

• • Qualified in engineering discipline to degree level or equivalent.• Have professional recognition from the relevant body or be working towards it.• An engineering mindset and project delivery experience, including time management skills to generate technical documents quickly and to a high standard.• Knowledge of working together in multidisciplinary teams to establish and oversee requirements.• Preference is given to those with technical expertise in nuclear materials.• The capacity to take complex information, comprehend it, and convey it in a suitable and captivating manner. This includes formal communications to audiences both inside and outside of your field of expertise as well as to the proper stakeholders.• A proactive, upbeat mindset, as well as the drive and aptitude to pick things up quickly, question the status quo, and change things.• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to simplify complex technical topics and assemble an interdisciplinary team to solve problems.
