The Role: As the Senior Director of Paid Acquisition, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive paid acquisition strategies to drive customer growth and revenue. You will take the lead in planning, implementing, and managing our SEM campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant networks. You will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and engineering to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI. 

Responsibilities & Tasks:

  • Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive paid acquisition strategies to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and ROI across multiple digital channels that are aligned with business goals, targeting specific customer segments, destinations, and products.

    • Execution: Overseeing daily execution of acquisition and retention programs, ensuring quality execution through creation of monitoring tools and target reporting
    • Budget: Manage and optimize paid media budgets to maximize efficiency and effectiveness, continuously monitoring performance and making data-driven decisions to drive improvements.
    • Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance campaign performance and drive strategic partnerships.
    • Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive performance reports, showcasing key metrics, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
    • Research: Conducting market research, monitoring industry trends/competitive landscape and implementing new strategies based on findings
    • Leadership: Providing mentorship, coaching, goal setting for the the team, resource allocation and aligning the leadership team on overall growth strategy and progress. 
    • Cross Functional Collaboration : Informing and rallying the relevant stakeholders around strategy and aligning the leadership team on overall growth strategy and progress
  • Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.

  • 10+ Years in digital marketing, with a focus on paid acquisition and performance marketing.

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful paid media strategies that drive significant business results, ideally within a fast growing company

  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring a team 

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets, draw meaningful insights, and translate them into actionable strategies.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to think creatively and drive innovation in paid media strategies and tactics.
